October 17, 2022 ADRESS TO CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA CITY COUNCIL

Ward 4 City Councilman Dr. Liston Bochette has asked me this past fall 2021 to write a set of pamphlets and for the explanation of the forces tearing our City of Fort Myers, Florida and nation apart. This writing is especially difficult as I am challenged by my intellectual disabilities and unique intellectual abilities. I am profoundly honored to do this work and yet I am cast into this role by the natural forces of my life and the government, academic and institutional forces that oppose a natural and citizen inventor in visual art history painting.

The City of Fort Myers, Florida has the unique opportunity to lead the United States in the illumination of the reopened Enlightenment.

X CIA and First Mayor of Sanibel Island, Florida Porter Goss worked with Robert Rauschenberg, mastermind John Cage, occult and art metaphysical academia and others to establish Post WW2 Antifa as academic Fluxus as Lee County, Florida academic and civil culture direction and governance and as a conceptual cultural Marxism / Communism and for our domination by fake artificial intelligence . The resulting programs were pioneered here in 1979.

1998 Congressman Porter Goss sponsored the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act. In 2006 Director of the CIA Porter Goss reaffirmed his support for the Act he sponsored as Congressman.

Quoting Goss – “Exercising one’s rights under this act is an appropriate and responsible way to bring questionable practices to the attention of those in Congress charged with oversight of intelligence agencies. And it works. Government employees have used statutory procedures — including internal channels at their agencies — on countless occasions to correct abuses without risk of retribution and while protecting information critical to our national defense.”

The Project On Government Oversight (POGO) states “As we’ve stated before, the Act says that CIA whistleblowers cannot go to congressional

intelligence committees without the CIA director giving him or her “direction on how to contact the intelligence committees in accordance with appropriate security practices”

I am asking retired Director of the CIA Porter Goss to lead and work with Director Jade Dellinger of the Bob Rauschenberg Gallery, City Attorney Grant Alley, myself and others in revealing Post WW2 Antifa, academic Fluxus and programs for tensions for civil war and population reduction by unpreparedness for flu pandemic. I am hoping to appeal to the patriotic stance of Goss as I pioneered submitting my knowledge of our culture through local government and with City government grant award sponsored by the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation.

The Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act process I propose will reveal the profound good reasons and profound not so good reasons for our Government intervention in our academic and civil culture direction and governance.

Since 1995 Curator and now Director Jade Dellinger has made beautiful plans for our democracy established through his professional curation. If Post WW2 Antifa can be revealed Director Dellinger can illuminate the reopened Enlightenment and establish sustainability for human governance and in the face of fake artificial intelligence.
