Metaphysician Mark Cranford will be presenting his formula for establishing Civil Rights for visual art, artists and art history based on art history to the City Of Fort Myers, Florida in the City of Fort Myers, Florida City Hall Chambers. 4:30 PM November 18th, 2019.
Mark Cranford pioneered inventing and submitting new conceptual art in visual art history painting through local government and through his 2016 City Of Fort Myers, Florida Art & Culture Grant and sponsored by the Rauschenberg Foundation and administration by the SWFL Community Foundation. The last such new form invented through new conceptual art in visual art history painting was in 1951 and by Robert Rauschenberg.
Academia is not allowed to affirm new conceptual art or new form in visual art history painting. Academia created an impasse to affirming new art history in the historic form in visual art history painting.
Mark Cranford has shown that there is no such thing as academic freedom.
Mark Cranford has shown there is no Pursuit Of Happiness and in a 2016 City Of Fort Myers Art and Culture Grant for inventing new form and new conceptual art in the historic form in visual art history painting.
November 19th, 2018 metaphysician Mark Cranford was asked off record By the City Of Fort Myers, Florida if he could establish Civil Rights for visual art, artists and art history based on art history.
November 19th, 2018 metaphysician Mark Cranford was also told off record that his 2016 City Of Fort Myers Art & Culture Grant and 2017 Grant Recipient Exhibition was not published because Hurricane Irma closed the City of Fort Myers Art and Culture Grant Exhibition at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center on September 1st, 2017 almost as soon as it was open.
November 19th, 2018 in City Of Fort Myers, Florida City Hall Chambers metaphysician Mark Cranford announced that the Enlightenment is reopened and that we as a nation have been in a state of Civil War and since 1968 and from academic and civil culture and it’s governance and the academic’s women’s artist revolution 1968 – 2019.
February 8, 2019 metaphysician Mark Cranford was made environmentalist by Jade Dellinger Director and Curator of the Bob Rauschenberg Gallery, Fort Myers, Florida.
March 20th, 2019 metaphysician Mark Cranford was shown a room in the SWFL Community Collaboratory and was told this room was the reason for the discrimination against him.
During the Jim Crow era blacks and whites were separated for boarding the train in this particular room of the historic depot.
April 2019 metaphysician Mark Cranford invented the formula for establishing Civil Rights for visual art, artists and art history based on art history. The formula was successfully submitted to metaphysical academia and the NYC curation for gay and transgender identity and advocacy.

CEO Sarah Owen SWFL Community Foundation addressed Mark Cranford as metaphysician and asked him about the academic enigmas he can crack and in real time and if he could read the minds of other metaphysicians.
American curator Dan Cameron stated December 7th, 2016 and in the Rauschenberg Gallery, Fort Myers, Florida that “Mark Cranford’s claims for inventing two new conceptual arts and new forms in visual art history painting are self evident truth”. The two new conceptual arts in painting were recognized as “painting”.
